Our Process

1. Answer some questions online

Before you book, you fill out a short medical history: medications, allergies, what's on your mind. It takes under five minutes. Your clinician reads it before your call. You never have to repeat yourself.
2. Book a time that suits you

Same-day slots are usually available. Evening and weekend times too. You choose when, we show up ready. No sitting in a waiting room. No taking half a day off work.
3. A real clinician who actually listens

Your Clarita clinician will listen to your concerns and answer questions you may have. If a script is needed, we can send it straight to our pharmacy partner who can arrange for delivery.
4. If you need a specialist, we help you find one

Sometimes telehealth isn't enough, and that's completely okay. If you need in-person care, we match you with a vetted specialist near you.
